SALT’s flagship course, for people working at sea.
This course lasts a week and includes all-5 basic STCW modules; it is MCA approved and meets the STCW 2010 requirements, the replacement for STCW 95. STCW training is a requirement for work at sea on commercial vessels.
Typically we run this course Monday-Friday, starting at 8am on Monday at our Edinburgh based office.

The course can be booked as a complete entity or individual elements can be selected. Full MCA-approved certification is provided on successful completion. SALT also offer some update training, as permitted under the 2010 Manila Amendments.
